Small Wicker Basket with side handles

Diameter around bottom - 9.4"
Diameter around top - 8.2"
This may be hand made. I purchased this cute basket at a Charity sale so I do not know the age or history but it is a very unique looking basket. It may need to be cleaned up a little as I did not attempt to clean it.
